Areas we have worked in
We have two studios, one in Sutton Coldfield and one in South Derbyshire, and work across the West Midlands, East Midlands and Derbyshire.
With two studios, one in Sutton Coldfield and one in South Derbyshire, we are an architectural practice working across the West Midlands, East Midlands and Derbyshire, with particular experience in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, South Derbyshire and the surrounding towns and villages. We work with homeowners on new build homes, house extensions, renovations, remodelling, interior design and planning applications across the region.
Our projects range from period and listed buildings in established neighbourhoods to contemporary homes, rural properties and new build houses in the countryside. We regularly work across Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, South Derbyshire, Derbyshire and the wider Midlands, including surrounding towns and villages where an understanding of local character, planning policy and the landscape is particularly important.
Whether you are considering a house extension, renovation, new build home, Paragraph 80 house, listed building project or planning application, we provide a complete architectural service from the initial site appraisal and feasibility through planning, technical design and construction. Our knowledge of the Midlands planning landscape allows us to develop thoughtful architectural proposals that respond to their particular site, context and setting.
