A small practice by design

As a husband-and-wife practice, and both architects, we are personally involved in every project from the very beginning through to completion. With a combined 20 years of experience across residential architecture and interiors, we work closely with our clients and remain directly involved in the day to day running of each project. We intentionally keep our studio small, alongside a small supporting team. This means we know each project inside and out — from the initial ideas through to the final details on site.

What our clients say

From the very start to the very end, Tyler and Lucy were incredibly professional and passionate about the project. As two novices to extending and renovating, they guided us through the whole process from design, planning, tender, build and finalisation. They listened to our goals, designing our dream home always with the budget in mind, and the outcome was well beyond what we could have envisaged. We are incredibly grateful to Thurston King and can't recommend them highly enough.
