Who we are

Thurston King Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice registered in England and Wales under company number 15255331, with its studio at 33 Coleshill Street, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1SD.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect the information you give us: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project. If you visit the site we collect standard analytics data about how the site is used.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide architectural services where you engage us, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver a project or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Project records are retained for as long as professional indemnity and statutory obligations require. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and in most circumstances to have it deleted. Write to studio@thurstonking.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
