02 PLANNING
We refine the design into a planning-ready package and submit the application on your behalf, managing all communications with the local authority.
03 BUILDING CONTROL
We prepare technical drawings for Building Control and help you tender the project to reputable builders, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.
04 CONSTRUCTION
We chair the pre-start meeting and carry out regular site visits, managing quality, costs, and Building Control coordination through to project completion.
05 AFTERCARE
We create lasting relationships with our clients that extend beyond the project, built on the trust to deliver our clients’ vision.
