Stage 4: Construction

Before construction begins, we host a pre-commencement meeting with you and the selected builder to ensure every aspect of the build is clearly understood and coordinated.
Throughout the build, we remain actively involved—carrying out weekly site visits to monitor progress, manage quality, and ensure costs align with the works completed. We also handle liaison with Building Control and ensure all necessary documentation is in place upon completion.
